The rate is $95 -$145 per night. On rare occassions there may be guests in the upper level so some noise transference is to be expected.
"We stayed at The Orcas House (basement apartment) for two nights recently. I cannot say enough about this beautiful place. Everything is already there and available to cook, play and sleep. It is a very beautiful view of the sound and a peaceful setting. The kids really enjoyed the play-set in the front yard. The basement apartment is perfect and had plenty of privacy. We would recommend this place to anyone considering a visit to Orcas Island. Thank you so much for everything! "
